When to File A Claim

It’s very important to notify us of any actual or potential claim as soon as possible. By notifying us, we can work with you to minimize the impact that any claim can have on you or your business. Any claim or omission should be submitted to us in writing during the policy period of such claim. The written notice of such an act or omission should include but not be limited to:

(a) the specific act or omission;
(b) the dates and persons involved;
(c) the identity of anticipated or possible claimants;
(d) the circumstances by which the Insured first became aware of the possible claim
